A lot of people have high anxiety. They get panic attacks. They get frozen from
their panic. They get this anxiety throughout their entire system. They get
numb. They feel like the panic attack takes their breath away. Their heart
starts to palpitate or it starts a fast pace going like this. And then they just
deal with all of this high anxiety because of it. And tingles and numbness
take over their body. Their chest feels like they can't get air inside of their
chest. This is vagus nerve inflammation. So right here, right here in the back of the brain or
underneath the brain, you've got your brainstem back here and out of there comes two vagus nerves.
And those two vagus nerves, when they're inflamed, you get all these different symptoms. You can have
crippling anxiety, crippling breathing problems, swallowing problems, even nausea with it. But
panic attacks are a big one right there. When that brain stem is inflamed or those nerves are
inflamed we get all these different symptoms
